Privacy policy
This document describes how we process the personal data of visitors to lexiqon.ai and of people who use the contact form or contact us by email.

1. Controller
The controller of personal data is Virtux s.r.o., Company ID 24731129, registered office Na strži 1702/65, Nusle, 140 00 Prague 4, Czech Republic, email: info@virtux.cz.
2. What data we process
When you send the contact form, we process your name, email, the name of your firm or organisation and the content of your message. Along with them we store the address of the page the form was sent from and any campaign parameters in it. We use your IP address only to protect the form against abuse and do not store it in readable form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to handle your request, arrange a demo and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
4. Who may receive the data
Messages from the form are handled in an internal enquiry management system operated by the controller. We use Brevo, acting as a processor, to send confirmation and operational emails. The data may also be available to our hosting provider where necessary to run the website.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the communication and then for a reasonable period for related business or legal matters, but no longer than the purpose of processing justifies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@virtux.cz.

This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this document and ask for your consent.
